Wouldn't be nice to wake up in the morning and not have to worry
about what your face looks like? Of course it would. Acne doesn't have
to be a constant battle.
Here's a three step plan for getting rid of your acne quick, and
whipping your face back into shape.
1. Start With Your Diet
First things first, let's get
your diet back into tip top shape. In order to do so we're going to
have to make some minor changes, take some things out, and add a few
small things.
Rule 1 - Avoid sugar. Simple sugar spikes your insulin and drives your
hormones crazy. The harmful toxin candida, thrives off of sugar.
Rule 2 - Avoid processed foods. If it comes in a package, instantly
beware. Processed food is full of chemicals that throw your pH balance
off.
Rule 3 - Eat fiber. Fiber restores the pH balance in your body and
helps to clean the colon. Fiber is a like a vacuum cleaner in your
body, sucking out all the grime.
Rule 4 - Eat lots of fruits and veggies. Not only are fruits and
vegetables full of fiber, they are also very 'basic.' They help to
balance out the pH level in your body and control blood sugar levels.
2. Go on a Detox
The things you have been
putting in your body, and on it, are possibly
harming you and making your acne worse. A lot of drugs that are
prescribed simply return the chemical balances in your body to normal
after you ingest things (food and other drugs) that throw your body out
of balance! It's a vicious cycle.

Medicines can be used to clear
up severe acne but they should be looked at as a last ditch effort.
Once you come off medicine, you will more than likely start to see your acne
come back. Medication is a reactive solution whereas diet control is a
preventative (active) solution.
If you're going to use drugs, start with a topical cream such as
benzoyl peroxide. It can be very helpful, but a lot of people end up
with irritated red skin. If benzoyl peroxide isn't doing the trick,
then move on to something like Accutane. I actually cured my acne with
Accutane. However, it wasn't without pain and some suffering. I would
not recommend Accutane to anyone until they get their diet in check and
